What doesn’t give me hope right now? These situations show everyone's best sides. Moments of clarity. Important to step up and be there for everybody. The least I can do is continue to try.

I decided to get involved with Team in Training because I wanted to be a part of the TEAM! The participants were always so fun, positive and consistent. I was going through some really difficult times and the teammates always cared about me. There is no alternative motive-- TNT is pure of heart

My first Team in Training event was the DIY- color run a year after Alex passed away. Did it to support Kris and I guess I got hooked from there. I had never been taught how to properly run. It felt nice to accomplish something I never thought I could do. The support and encouragement was so important.
Team in Training is special to me because of the people that take part in TNT. Some of our most committed and passionate fundraisers for our organization are TNT’ers. They are a family, and not just a group of people. They want to be there and want to make a difference. It is Important to me to support different campaigns. Our motto at LLSC is #SharedAchievement – everyone should do a TNT event

I am most looking forward to seeing the good that comes out of this. I don’t know what it is yet but I know something good always comes from something challenging. It is like running, you have to be patient. If you put in the time and the effort it will work out. It is not a sprint, it is a marathon- might as well run it!
