Halifax, Nova Scotia (June 29, 2019) - The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) today announced that Joe DiPenta, its Vice President of Development, will be leaving the company to pursue other interests, effective August 2.
“Joe has been an integral part of our executive management team,” says Alicia Talarico, LLSC’s president. “I have a deep appreciation for his leadership in building the infrastructure needed to grow the organization and increase our impact in the community.”
From diversifying the donor base to developing external alliances, DiPenta’s leadership was instrumental in the execution of key revenue development initiatives.
“My work with the LLSC has been a major part of my professional career,” says DiPenta. “Over the past several months, I reflected on my desire to take on new challenges and felt that this is the right time to make a change. I am excited to take a leap of faith and make my faith the primary focus of my career.”
DiPenta will join Divine Renovation Ministry, an international faith-based charity.
