Journey of Hope allows for patients, caregivers, researchers, health care professionals and stakeholders to unite under one roof. With the theme “The Patient at the Center of our Alliance” and an innovative formula of dynamic exchanges and information sharing, The Journey of Hope will tackle challenges through delivering information on the multiple aspects of the reality of living with a blood cancer. We will be focusing on curative aspects such as: research, diagnosis, treatment, as well as psychosocial aspects: bereavement, isolation, nutrition, fatigue, exercise, etc.
